Open Source Support

I came across this Open Source Think Tank 2007 Executive Summary Report.
One of the first things in the report is a discussion about “newly” found acceptance for Open Source software in enterprise organizations. The report mentions that there is a big difference in attitude from the hesitance to consider Open Source solutions just a year ago.
The report, like many others, goes on to mention that the a lack of commercial support can be a major barrier for Open Source projects.
I have seen this issue brought up many many times before, and thought it would be a good idea to create a marketplace for people to buy and sell commercial support for Open Source projects.
Of course there are specific companies (like OpenLogic) that support specific projects, but I was thinking of something wider, to include many support companies, and individuals.
Luckily (or not…) a quick “open source support” search on Google brought to my attention findopensourcesupport.com
This is ALMOST exactly what I was thinking of (although they do seem to limit the supported projects to a pre-built list) and their service seems to be worth considering.
I was wondering if anyone has experience of working with them, you can post about it on the comments, or maybe suggest similar offerings.
