DOD: Open Source - The future is open

An interesting paper by the Department of Defense (DOD) on Open Source in the military.

I found it intriguing to see the differences and similarities in the reasons why the military (as opposed to the private sector) choose to use Open Source software.

And as David A. Wheeler is one of the contributers to the paper, you can be sure it is both interesting and educating.
