TechCrunch posted a note about Zoho supplying offline capabilities to their online Document Processor - Writer.
The irony mentioned by Michael Arrington is that this functionality was achieved by using the Open Source Google Gears and beating Google that are working on similar functionality for Google Docs & Spreadsheets.
